"On behalf of all Hoosiers, I send our condolences to the victims, their families, the wounded, and to all of France. Terror claimed the lives of more than 80 innocent men, women, and children. Among them, American citizens. We consider this attack on France an attack on all of us, and we are prepared to use all instruments of national power to end the deliberate murder of citizens on our streets and the terrorization of civilized nations."
