This morning, Josh Gottheimer, Congressional candidate in NJ-5, released this statement:

"The tragic attack on the Dallas police officers last night was callous and reprehensible. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the slain officers and those who are still fighting for their lives. Nearly a dozen officers were shot doing their jobs, helping to keep people safe during a peaceful protest. We must stand by the men and women in blue who risk their lives on our behalf every day."
