Flags to Fly at Half-Staff to Honor Victims of Terrorist Attack in Nice, France

Today, Governor Pete Ricketts, in accordance with a proclamation from President Barack Obama, announced that all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half-staff immediately in honor of the victims of the terrorist attack in Nice, France.
Last night, Governor Ricketts issued the following statement about the shooting:
"Susanne and I send our prayers to the people of France as they confront this pattern of radical terrorism."
Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on July 19, 2016.
