*Educating our children is vital to the growth and economic prosperity of our community, state and nation. All decisions regarding education should be made at the local level. The federal government should not dictate how we educate our children. We must stop teaching our children to simply pass standardized tests.
* As a former Chairman of the Greenville Tech Charter High School, I am a strong advocate for school choice. It is every parent's right to decide whether their children attend public or private schools.
