Gov. John Hickenlooper today appointed Lance Timbreza to the district court in the 21st Judicial District (Mesa). He will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable David A. Bottger.
Timbreza currently practices at Daniels Law Group, LLC, where he focuses on family law and civil litigation. Prior to joining Daniels Law Group, LLC Timbreza worked for Traylor, Tompkins & Black, P.C., in Grand Junction. Before moving to Colorado Timbreza lived in Washington and worked for Johnson, Gaukroger, Drewelow and Woolett, LLP in Wenatchee and for Dorsey and Whitney, LLP in Seattle.
Timbreza earned his B.A. from Mesa State College in 2002, and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005.
The appointment is effective August 12, 2016.
