Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is planning appearances in Billings and Missoula to reportedly talk about the influence of money in elections. If that's the case, Republican gubernatorial candidate Greg Gianforte says his opponent, Gov. Steve Bullock, "needs to spend a "Weekend at Bernie's." Gianforte, once again, called for the governor to sign the Campaign Integrity Pledge.
GIANFORTE: I'm not accepting special-interest PAC money, and I'm calling on the governor to do the same. Unfortunately, he has refused to sign our Campaign Integrity Pledge and continues to accept special interest PAC dollars. I think Montanans deserve a governor who will be accountable to them, and not to the special interests.
