Today Congressman French Hill (AR-02) released the following statement in response to the United Kingdom's vote to leave the European Union:

"I respect the United Kingdom's decision to leave the European Union. If the people feel this is in the best long-term interest of their nation, then Americans should support their desire to maintain their sovereignty. Both the United Kingdom and the European Union are, and will remain, crucial partners of the United States."
