Jerry Moran has cosponsored legislation to fully repeal Obamacare, and aggressively worked to stop President Obama's executive order to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants.

Jerry Moran has fought the president's agenda from the outset. As a member of the House of Representatives, he was the first representative to file legislation to repeal Obamacare. In the Senate, he continues to fight to repeal Obamacare.

Jerry Moran has been consistent in his opposition to granting blanket amnesty to illegal immigrants. He has consistently opposed legislation granting driver's licenses or special benefits to those who enter our country illegally. Numbers USA, a leading group supporting the enforcement of the rule of law for immigration matters, has given the Senator an A+ rating.

Jerry Moran was an early opponent of President Obama's nomination of Loretta Lynch to be Attorney General primarily because he was unconvinced she would stand up to the president's continual disregard for our Constitution.
