Pro-family Group Endorses Foxx

FRC Action PAC, the Family Research Council's legislative affiliate, has endorsed Virginia Foxx's campaign for Congress in North Carolina's 5th Congressional District. Foxx has regularly won FRC Action's True Blue Award and regularly scores 100% on the group's annual conservative Scorecard.FamilyValues

"The American family is under attack by out-of-touch liberals with a radical social agenda," Foxx said. "I'm glad organizations like the Family Research Council have joined me on the front lines of the fight for strong family values and limited government. I am honored to receive their support."

These foundational values are given by God and enshrined in our Constitution and must be defending against the scorched earth, coercive tactics of Washington liberals."

In their endorsement, FRC Action's Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin praised Foxx for fighting for "Constitutional limited government, individual liberties and for strong family values." Boykin also thanked Foxx for her "commitment to ensuring the rights of conscience are not infringed and our freedom to live out our beliefs remains secure."
