Dear Friend,

With summer right around the corner, my office is once again teaming up with the Marion County Commission on Youth (MCCOY) to showcase the jobs and programs available for Indianapolis' youth through our Youth Opportunities Fair.

As a parent, I know it can sometimes be a challenge to find rewarding and safe activities for our children during the warmer months which is why we want to present students and parents with a variety of summer options before the end of the school year.

In addition to job opportunities for our youth, this event will feature local service providers and other groups that offer summer programs, internships and volunteer opportunities for youth of all ages.

I look forward to seeing you on April 6, at the Central Library (40 E. St. Clair St.) from 4-7 p.m. Remember, the event is free and open to the public. If you have any questions, please feel free to call my office @ 317-283-6516.
