Too many families are struggling in these tough economic times. Rob believes that people who work full time & play by the rules shouldn't be living in poverty and that these hardworking Oregonians, many of whom are parents trying to support a family, deserved an increase in the minimum wage. Because of Rob's work, Oregon now has one of the highest hunger rates in the nation. .

Rob has also supported bills to ensure equal pay for equal work, protect the rights of working Oregonians and make sure every working Oregonian has access to paid sick leave.
