Governor Hassan's Statement on Confirmation of One Superior Court Judge, Three Circuit Court Judges

Governor Maggie Hassan issued the following statement after bipartisan votes by the Executive Council to confirm Amy Messer of Hopkinton to serve on the Superior Court and Edward Tenney of Sunapee, Charles Greenhalgh of Albany and Henrietta Luneau of Hopkinton to serve on the Circuit Court:

"Throughout their careers, each of these individuals has demonstrated an unyielding commitment to justice, as well as the temperament and character needed to be an effective judge. I commend the Executive Council for their bipartisan votes today, and I look forward to these judges building on our work to ensure an effective, fair and just judicial system, which is essential to a vibrant and strong democracy."
