I will be a new kind of Attorney General by transforming the office into a national leader for free enterprise, personal liberty, and the Constitution.

Federal agencies are threatening the fundamentals of our constitutional order. State attorneys general are uniquely positioned to repeal this overreach through the court system. In the last seven years, Republican AGs have successfully challenged multiple federal actions, including the EPA's "waters of the United States" rule, President Obama's immigration power grab, and the NLRB's attempt to punish Boeing for moving to a right-to-work state.

It's time for Missouri to get in the game. The establishment in Jefferson City delivers failure, embarrassment and gridlock. But as your next Attorney General I will put Missouri at the tip of the spear in fighting federal overreach.
