I know how to fight Obamacare. I fought it--and won--in the United States Supreme Court. As Attorney General, I will go back and win again.

The U.S. Supreme Court has heard three cases challenging provisions of "Obamacare." I am honored to have served as co-counsel on the only one that was victorious. Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. 573 U.S. ___ (2014). On behalf of the owners of Hobby Lobby, we challenged the Affordable Care Act's pro-abortion contraceptive mandate.

Of course the Green family won. It was an honor to be one of their attorneys. But we must continue the fight. Until the federal government repeals the entire piece of legislation, we must peel back provisions of the bill by litigating in the Supreme Court as I did in Hobby Lobby.

I am the only candidate in the race with the experience to lead that charge.
