Following his vote to repeal Obamacare today, U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) released the following statement:

"From destroying the 40-hour work week, to increasing premiums and deductibles for families across South Carolina and the nation, to exposing consumers' personal data to cybersecurity risks, Obamacare has been an unmitigated disaster since it became law five years ago. That's why I am proud to make good on my promise to vote to repeal Obamacare. While we have more work to do, I remain committed to repealing Obamacare, root and branch, because I have seen its effects on families, business and communities in South Carolina."
