National Association of Letter Carriers Endorses Jamie Raskin for Congress

Today the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) enthusiastically endorsed Jamie Raskin's campaign for Congress in Maryland's 8th District.

"NALC is proud to stand with Jamie Raskin for Congress. In a decade in public office, he has shown that he works to deliver public policy results like our members work to deliver the mail--consistently, passionately, and without fail," said Fredric Rolando, national president of NALC. "Our members are excited to bring his vibrant brand of effective progressive leadership to Congress."

NALC represents letter carriers employed by the U.S. Postal Service, and has thousands of active and retired members in the 8th Congressional District.

"What an amazing endorsement to receive just 4 days before our primary election," Senator Raskin said. "I am honored to have the support of thousands of letter carriers in our state and will be their strong advocate in Washington if I am elected. I look forward to organizing and mobilizing over the next week on our path to victory."
