*Hold any proposed spending increases to less than any Social Security cost of living increases; the state must stop spending what taxpayers do not have
*Reverse the ObamaCare expansion in Pennsylvania that will ultimately cost state taxpayers billions of dollars
*Enact comprehensive welfare reform that focuses on proven strategies to reduce poverty while slowing the rate of spending
*Eliminate unfunded mandates to reduce costs at the school, county and municipal levels
