Today Maryland Congressman Chris Van Hollen released the following statement on the terror attack in Brussels:

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Brussels today after they suffered a despicable terror attack. We must remain united in the face of extremism. The United States stands with Brussels and will help in every way possible to bring those responsible to justice."
