Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham released the following statement in response to President Obama's final State of the Union Address:

"The President highlighted the policies he has championed, many of which guided America's recovery from economic peril since 2008. Without hope and optimism, America doesn't do as well. While Republicans running for President present a pessimistic vision for the United States, the President delivered the right tone in his final address, reminding us to embrace big challenges and turn them into opportunities."
