Cramer Statement on President's Plan to Close Guantanamo Bay

Congressman Kevin Cramer made the following comments in response to President Obama's plan to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
"What part of illegal doesn't the President understand? Transferring Gitmo detainees to American soil is against a law Congress passed and he signed. Once again he has no plan for how to deal with the most dangerous terrorists in U.S. detention. He seems to put the rights of terrorists ahead of the safety of American citizens."
