Congressman Kevin Cramer released the following statement today after Commissioner Tony Clark announced he would not seek another term on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)

While I would like to see Commissioner Clark serve another term on the FERC, I understand his decision is a personal one he made on behalf of his family and his future. Tony brings a refreshing Midwest sensibility as well as incredible intellect and experience to the Commission. I was honored to serve with Tony on the North Dakota Public Service Commission and have been down right proud of his leadership on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. His expertise and common sense will be missed. I wish him well in the next chapter of his life.
