1. The most effective form of government is a government closest to the people.

2.Transparency in government is required for accountability and citizen trust. The legislature should lay out the policies it will discuss after the funnel and these policies should have time and dates on when they will be brought to the floor.

3.Agencies need to work collaboratively with community groups on how regulations might be drafted. Citizens need the ability to voice their thoughts and ideas about policy, rather than doing it under a cloak of secrecy.
