U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX-32), Chairman of the House Rules Committee and a Member of House Republican Leadership, today released the following statement in response to the recent terror attacks in India and Afghanistan:
"I condemn the terrorist attacks on India's Pathankot Air Force base in Punjab, India, and the Indian Consulate in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan, which have left seven Indian security personnel dead. These deplorable acts threaten to undermine peace and the United States stands ready to work with our Indian ally to combat terrorism in the region and across the world."
