Governor Maggie Hassan today issued the following statement on the announcement that New Hampshire's unemployment rate dropped to 2.7 percent in February

"As New Hampshire's economy continues to strengthen, our unemployment rate continues to decline and is now at 2.7 percent. While we continue to be encouraged by the bipartisan progress we have made to support our people and job-creating businesses, we know that there is still much more work to do to expand middle class opportunity, encourage innovation and keep New Hampshire's economy moving in the right direction."
