Rouzer Votes Against Budget Deal

Today, Congressman David Rouzer released the statement below following the House vote on H.R. 1314, the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015. H.R. 1314 is a two-year budget deal which increases discretionary military and domestic spending by $80 billion and raises the debt ceiling by $1.5 trillion in new federal debt.
"Though this budget agreement includes a much-needed increase in funding for our military, it authorizes far too much spending on other bloated federal bureaucracies that are harming economic growth and job creation."
