For many years conservatives have warned that the IRS is out of control, that too much power to destroy lives rested within this unelected organization. Recent revelations prove this to be true.

It's time to get the IRS under control. As our congressman, Buddy Carter will support legislation making it a felony to target individual taxpayers with politically motivated tax audits.

Buddy Carter is a supporter of The Fair Tax Plan sponsored by Georgia Congressman Rob Woodall and co-sponsored by Georgia Congressman Jack Kingston. The Fair Tax Plan essentially makes the IRS obsolete since the income tax would no longer be enforced, eliminating IRS as the federal government's tax collection agency.
