DeLauro Angered Over LICAP Decision

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congresswoman Rosa L. DeLauro (Conn.-3) issued the following statement on the Locational Installed Capacity (LICAP) ruling by an administrative law judge at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) today.

"I am shocked that FERC continues to support imposing higher energy costs on Connecticut residents and businesses with no guarantee that these new costs will create additional energy capacity. I again call on FERC to revisit this deeply flawed one-size-fits-all policy that will do nothing for Connecticut."
