Valadao, Sinema Introduce Legislation to Support Startups, Create Jobs in California

Today, U.S. Congressman David G. Valadao (R-CA) and U.S. Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) announced their legislation H.R. 398, the Jobs in America Act which was introduced in the United States House of Representatives. This bipartisan legislation provides immigrant entrepreneurs and foreign graduates of U.S. universities with the opportunity to stay in the United States if they demonstrate the ability to create jobs in America and bolster our economy.

Congressman Valadao stated, "Through commonsense reforms to our immigration system, we can foster innovation and job creation in America. Encouraging entrepreneurs to stay on our shores means more jobs desperately needed by Americans families, especially here in the Central Valley."
