Shaheen Applauds Announcement of $1 Billion Loan Guarantee for Ukraine

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) applauded today's announcement that the United States government will provide a third loan guarantee of $1 billion to support Ukraine.

"I recently saw firsthand the resolve of Ukraine's leaders to improve their economy, root out corruption, and stand united against Russian aggression," said Shaheen. "This new loan guarantee sends a message to the people of Ukraine that they have a partner in the United States as they continue to strengthen their economy and reform government institutions."
