Governor Hassan to Nominate One Judge to the Superior Court, One to the Circuit Court

As part of her efforts to ensure that New Hampshire's judicial system is fair, just and effective, Governor Maggie Hassan announced that at tomorrow's Governor and Council meeting, she will nominate David W. Ruoff of Weare to serve on the Superior Court and John T. Pendleton of Portsmouth to serve on the Circuit Court.

"In order to ensure that our judicial system is fair, just and effective, we must identify highly qualified individuals with the utmost experience, character and integrity to serve as judges," Governor Hassan said. "These nominees have significant experience with New Hampshire's judicial system in both private practice and public service, demonstrating throughout their careers that they have the temperament and experience to be highly capable judges, and I thank them for accepting this great responsibility on behalf of the people of New Hampshire."
