Greetings,

Last week, the 6th Circuit Court made an important decision to temporarily halt implementation of the Obama Administration's "Waters of the United States" rule. This is an important victory for the American people, especially for Texas farmers, ranchers, and landowners. I will continue to fight to rein in the alphabet soup of regulating agencies, promote free-market principles, and demand accountability and justice from the federal government. I am confident that we can return the power back to where it belongs -- with We the People.

I stand firm in pushing back against unnecessary and excessive growth of government, and I will continue to protect the livelihoods of Texans.
