Honoring the brave veterans and service members who have selflessly sacrificed to fight for their country and their fellow citizens, Governor Maggie Hassan proclaimed today, November 11, 2015, as Veterans Day in New Hampshire.
"On Veterans Day, we come together as a state and a nation to demonstrate our respect and admiration for all those who have bravely answered the call to defend our nation," Governor Hassan said. "Because of our veterans, our country is safer and our freedom is stronger, and I join all Granite Staters and Americans in thanking our veterans and their families for their brave sacrifices that have made our freedom possible."
