DelBene Praises Investment in Local Veteran Students

Congresswoman Suzan DelBene (WA-01) today congratulated Lake Washington Institute of Technology for receiving a significant grant to help veterans succeed in the classroom.

"Today, too many veterans in our region are still struggling to find jobs," DelBene said. "Lake Washington Institute of Technology currently provides veteran students with important financial aid guidance, tuition waivers and counseling. This grant will allow the college to expand these services and help veterans better navigate their college experience to prepare for the 21st century workforce."
