Stutzman statement on reconcoliation Measure

Date: Oct. 23, 2015
Location: Washington, DC

U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement today following the passage of H.R. 3762, the Restoring Americans' Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act, which passed by a 240-189 vote:

"I voted to send this measure to the Senate due to the important steps taken to protect life, and stop the flow of taxpayer funds to health clinics that perform procedures in violation of the Hyde Amendment. I will continue to push for Republican leadership to keep our commitment we made in our budget last April, to fully repeal Obamacare and deliver quality patient-doctor focused healthcare rather than big government healthcare."
