Congressman Austin Scott annouces Medicare Part D Workshops

U.S. Congressman Austin Scott (GA-08) today announced dates for upcoming Medicare Part D Workshops hosted by the Congressman's district office staff during the Medicare Open Enrollment Period which lasts from October 15th-December 7th. The workshops will be held in Lowndes, Colquitt, Thomas, Jones, Bibb, Dodge, Irwin, and Turner counties.

At these workshops, staff and volunteers will be able to personally answer questions and help compare available options. The Medicare open enrollment period lasts until December 7th and is the only time beneficiaries can make changes to Medicare prescription drug benefits. Medicare Part D plans can change each year, and reviewing options during this period will ensure beneficiaries are enrolled in the plan that best suits their needs.
