Stutzman Welcomes Creation of Investigative Panel

Statement

U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement today following the adoption of H. Res. 461, which establishes a Select Investigative Panel of the Committee on Energy and Commerce.

"Planned Parenthood's practices of harvesting the bodies of innocent babies rightly sparked outrage and concern from Americans all across the political spectrum. Important questions remain and it is critical that the legislative branch get all the answers it can. This bipartisan panel is the appropriate and necessary vehicle to determine the truth about the practices of organizations like Planned Parenthood and how we can improve important legal protections for children and unborn babies."
