Governor Greg Abbott today appeared on 710 KURV News Talk with Sergio Sanchez and Tim Sullivan to discuss the need to address the healthcare concerns of veterans in the Rio Grande Valley and what Texas can do ensure that veterans receive the care they need.

"Texas is stepping in to fill the void that the VA has created," said Governor Abbott. "I want to continue to put pressure on the Obama administration to fulfill the promise they made to improve access to healthcare for veterans in the Rio Grande Valley."
