Senator John Hoeven, who serves on the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded $842,409 to Minot International Airport. The grant will be used to update the airport's layout and master plans to address key issues, goals and objectives that are critical to the airport's future development.
"North Dakota's transportation needs continue to grow at a rapid rate," Hoeven said. "Today's funding will allow officials at Minot International Airport to update the airport's master plan and layout so that it can address key issues, objectives and goals and meet our state's transportation needs."
