House Armed Services Committee Ranking Member Adam Smith on the death of four marines in Tennessee today:
"I am deeply saddened by the heinous murder of four Marines today. Our brave men and women face enough danger abroad defending our nation and should not have to worry about the livelihood while here at home. Today is a sad day. My thoughts and prayers are with their families and loved ones."
