Today, Congressman Glenn "GT' Thompson (PA-05) issued the following statement after the House of Representatives passed H.R. 36, the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, by a vote of 242-184-1.

"I believe the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act will correct one of the greatest human rights issues of our day. I am greatly concerned the United States of America continues to be one of the few countries in the world that allows for abortions beyond twenty weeks. Passage of H.R. 36 by the House aims to correct this injustice."
