No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
The U.S. needs to end being the police of the world. I would not cut OUR defense spending until I have further opportunity to evaluate. I would however reduce our defense of other nations around the world. I will bring as many of our troops home as possible and still maintain a strong deterrent. I would end the vast majority of our Foreign Aid and involvement in other countries. I would also cut spending to the EPA, Dept of Ed (abolish), etc I would keep cutting until we are balanced.

Our current election system is corrupt, unfair and very unethical. The dark money is only part of the problem. We have a two party system that does everything possible to exclude and deter other parties. The people are sick of the SPECIAL INTEREST control of our representatives. Voters need to send a message to Washington that we have had enough.

The government destroys jobs it does not create jobs. The first step is to get the government out of the way. Take the Federal Governments WAR ON COAL as the perfect example. They have destroyed the coal industry, devastated West Virginia's fragile economy and put thousands of hard working coal miners out of a job. My SAVE COAL ACT will restore coal jobs and help restore West Virginia's economy. Small business is the backbone of America's economy, I will create jobs by reducing the regulations placed on local banks to loan money for business and lower taxes.

I support getting the Federal Government OUT of our schools. End Common Core and turn our state's educational system back to the state. Our children deserve better and our teachers deserve better. Our educational system has been deteriorating since the Dept of Ed began 'mandating' to our states. Local control and end the Federal Government's involvement.

Yes to the Keystone pipeline as long as they don't violate the Private Property rights of landowners. No to government funding of ANYTHING related to development, let the FREE MARKET decide who is the winner and the loser. If renewable energy is viable someone will make it work, government funding is for losers..... Yes, careful regulation until it can be determined truthfully whether 'fracking' is dangerous or not. Plus, fracking must not violate the private property rights of landowners, including what is below the ground.

The climate has been changing for centuries, and destroying the coal industry in America is not going to solve that problem. We are to be good stewards of the land and our resources. So I do believe we should maintain clean air and clean water for future generations to enjoy. The last thing we need is global involvement which dictates winners and losers (usually the U.S.).

Our Right to OWN and BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. I oppose ALL gun control legislation.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
But only if it can be done properly. Without costing anyone their health insurance. Obamacare is NOT AFFORDABLE for many people. It did nothing to reduce cost. It did provide health coverage for some people, there are many who have lost what they have. As a health care provider, I see firsthand the damage done by this ill-prepared legislation. The U.S. should reform our health care system to focus on: PREVENTION, EARLY INTERVENTION AND NATURAL INTERVENTION. There are natural remedies that work, genetic and advanced technology that allows for early intervention and lifestyle changes that can drastically improve our health.
No Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
That would be a tremendous undertaking. I support that we first eliminate ALL benefits to illegals. If they don't want to stay then they can go home ON THEIR OWN. I do not support using taxpayer dollars for the benefit of or transportation of illegal immigrants. I would provide they the option to stay IF they agree to a CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION TAX of several thousand dollars to defray the cost of them being vetted for citizenship. If they are found to not have a criminal record or be suspicious of terrorist activity then they can have a path to citizenship.

I am not a warmonger looking for countries to invade. But IF they attack us, they will be exterminated.

1. Pass the SAVE COAL ACT to end the EPA's policies and return to the standards of the Clean Power Act of 1990. 2. Complete the King Coal Highway infra-structure project without raising taxes or tolls. Privatize the highway using my CCC Alliance. 3. Expand Small Business opportunity by reducing the Dodd Frank regulations on community banks so they can loan money for job growth, eliminate the Federal income tax on Small Businesses generating $ 100K or less, expand Broadband access in WV and eliminate the Inventory Tax (State Tax) so business will come to West Virginia.
