Capital punishment in permissible in certain circumstances where a criminal has committed murder, and therefore has forfeited his own right to life. Every child is a new and unique human life, scientifically speaking, from the moment of conception/fertilization. | |||

| IRS should be ended; FED should be replaced with a new monetary office under Congress as the Constitution indicates. Monetary Office would operate in the open, would not charge interest to the nation for issuing new money. Money would be issued to approximately equal the goods and services available for purchase. When new money should be issued, it would be issued in the form of a dividend to all adults over 22 years old. But I do support issuing money in a scientific way to approximate the goods and services available to the nation's people for purchase. This is not deficit spending. This is a realization that money, issued from a trusted source, is a ticket for goods and services, and therefore there should be enough money issued to the people to buy the goods and services in existence.
