Our criminal justice system and rules need to be looked at very closely for changes that are more in tuned to today's society. However, if you willfully take a life, then your life should not be spared. If a "person" under the age of 18 shows the mental capacity of an adult and commits a violent crime, then they should be treated as an adult.
