| I believe that life begins with a heartbeat. A woman has her God-given agency to do whatever she wants, but killing babies is immoral and wrong. The only justifiable case for an abortion is as a life-saving medical operation to save the life of the mother when the child cannot be saved in the process. I am against giving the federal government power to pry into or monitor the lives of women and their reproductive statuses. Any ban on abortion should target the medical practice and industry of abortion. Women who suffer miscarriages should not be at risk of coming under federal investigation for losing their baby. Ultimately, people who kill babies will be held accountable by God. The federal government will not be able to stop 100% of abortions despite passing laws. | |||

I am in favor of simplifying the tax code and lowering income taxes overall, so that everyone pays in something. I would support a flat tax or fair tax. The biggest issue in balancing the budget is reigning in congressional spending. We must prioritize where are tax revenues are spent. Massive social programs are not sustainable. We must make sacrifices in order to preserve the future freedom and prosperity of America. The national debt is a sleeping giant that will one day destroy our country and seize our rights. | |||

It is impossible to remove money entirely from the political process, but money should not determine the outcome of our elections. There is sufficient funding currently to build a stronger Navy, Air Force, and Space Force if we focus less on "woke" agenda items and useless overseas wars. Once the budget is balanced, we can address reasonable increases to defense spending. | |||

U.S. Foreign Policy needs to break its tradition of hypocritically marching to the anthem of "Democracy First" and start focusing on "America First". | |||

The federal government should look closely at whether or not the largest social media companies meet the definition of "monopoly". If so, breaking up these companies into smaller ones to increase competition and decrease any single company's power over national social discourse would be a more appropriate regulation. | |||
| My first priority is to defend the border. My second priority is to balance the budget. The border is a matter of national defense and should be considered an emergency. Sufficient spending on border defense should be written into law and not subject to annual appropriations. The budget deficit and $34 trillion national debt have also reached the proportions necessary to consider a national emergency. Congress must make sweeping cuts to federal spending, or we will not have a country for our children to inherit. I will not pass any continuing resolutions or raise the debt ceiling. If the government must shut down, then we must do it to force the financial accountability and change that our country so desperately needs. |
