Pro-choice Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
I support a woman's right to privacy to make all of her healthcare decisions including when to continue or terminate a pregnancy or to prevent a pregnancy by utilizing contraception without government interference. The decision should be between her and her health care providers. The decision by the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade was wrong & has implications for other rights the Supreme Court had recognized regarding a citizens right to privacy. A U.S. Constitional Amendment would be ideal. I'm not sure that passing the Women?s Health Protection Act S.4132 H.3755 would not be overturned if challenged.
