| The preservation of democracy is a major issue facing the US duing the next two election cycles. I believe that we must work to eliminate the effects that Trumpism has had on our political climate. We must protect voting rights, the rights of anyone that is not a cis-gendered white male, and build a democracy that can withstand the onslaught of problems a candidate such as Donald Trump poses. | |||
| My top legislative priority is education. A robust education is the key to driving all of the other initiatives in California. I want to assure that our youth become the brightest inventors of tomorrow, the most skilled tradespeople on the planet, and the most inspired artists in the world.
