It is inappropriate for government to regulate women's reproductive health and choices. If the government can force a woman to carry a pregnancy, then they will have created legislation that allows them to also terminate one. This is a slippery slope and one that women are currently protected from at a constitutional level. Being pro-choice is not the equivalent of being pro-abortion. It is simply that a woman has the right to safe and legal care regardless of her choice.
