After 46 years in Law Enforcement I believe a person is responsible for their actions, by using a bail system insures the possibility of a person would return for the court appearance. I believe between the ages of 16 and 18 a person knows right from wrong, but the state can allow a one time Youthful Offender status for the ages 16-18 and have the record sealed.

Term Limits - I believe elected officials should have a term limit to prevent a person to make a career out their office and to prevent corruption.
Infrastructure problems of the community where you are the representative and try to get some federal funding to fix the problem such as bridges, highways and neighborhoods. The state should allow grants to the communities to help fix the problem. We have to start working together to get the problems resolved.
