| One of the most important issues in Ohio is the severe gerrymandering. The Republican gerrymandering has led to a culture of corruption that has culminated with the Republican Speaker of the House being indicted in a $60M bribery scheme. The Republicans in Columbus have voted to keep him as an elected official even after this indictment. We need to fix our district map to ensure the future of Ohio is prosperous. | |||

| Having a successful economy in Ohio not only means that we need to create an atmosphere for businesses to prosper, we also have to make sure our residents can prosper too. We have to find a balance between ensuring every worker is paid a livable wage, and making sure we remove unnecessary restrictions from businesses. I do no believe there is any benefit to drug testing residents who get state assistance. If that occurred, we should drug test anyone who receives any type of assistance from the state to be fair. | |||

| One of the biggest issues in Ohio has been the Republican efforts to remove funding from our local communities. Our townships, villages, and cities have seen their state funds stripped over the past decade. This has caused local municipalities to raise taxes themselves, or cut jobs and inferstructure projects to balance their budgets. We have to restore our local government funding so we can lower taxes on our residents. Funds are spent more responsibly on the local level than having the state decide for them. | |||
| The biggest legislative achievement for my campaign is going to be restoring proper balanced districts in Ohio. When we have proper representation on Columbus that matches the community of Ohio, we will be able to function properly and start improving the lives of all residents. The great news is this is free! The problem is that Republicans in Columbus are fighting to stop proper districts. As a veteran, I believe in putting the mission first ahead of my own personal needs. We can work together to do this. |
