I believe that Constitutional Rights should be enforced against the states under federal law. I would introduce amendments over Constitutional infringement violations, to allow redress for state laws attacking the 2nd-Amendment. I am against the Blue Laws in Virginia which seek to make criminals out of our judges, police officers, parents, and officials, if they refuse to take away our guns. I support the 2nd amendment & our Constitution because it supports & protects you. | |||

First they must fear persecution and show that they would be persecuted over religion, political opinion, their race, their religion, etc., wanting a better job... is not on the list and they should come legally, and fairly. It is costing the tax payer a lot of money and it is unfair to Americans. Other countries don't do so why should we. We need standards, we also should shut all immigration down completely until the Coronavirus from China is resolved. | |||
